Hey, Sabir here 👋
I hope you had a pleasant Christmas. Happy new year! 🙂
Firstly, thank you for the support you have shown for The Pursuit of Perfection newsletter in 2021. It means the world to me.
As you may have noticed, I haven’t sent out an issue for a few weeks now.
I’ve been using this time to re-evaluate it and have come to the following conclusion.....
I’m not receiving the same joy from writing about workplace development as I once did. The subject itself is still very close to my heart, but I feel as though I need time away from it.
So with a heavy heart, I’ve decided to stop writing The Pursuit of Perfection.
Another chapter opens.....
Over the past year, I’ve become very interested in Men’s fashion styling.
So much so that I’m trying to learn more about the art of dressing well.
The most recent lesson I’ve learned is that lighter colours work well for winter. Especially earth tones. It's an interesting alternative to the blacks & greys synonymous for this time of year.
I’ve been experimenting with this of late; white, brown, beige and camel are my favourite colours at the moment (image below).
I’ve loved every second of this experience. More than I could ever have imagined.
Paying closer attention to dressing well has done wonders for my overall confidence too.
To help keep up this new interest, I’ve decided to stay immersed in writing.
So, I’m giving this newsletter a complete make-over (pun intended!) with an emphasis on Men’s fashion & styling.
Essentially, simplifying Men’s fashion so that dressing well becomes easier. I’ll be sharing with you the learnings that I hope to stumble across.
The newsletter will be called, Chino.
To give you more of a flavour of what you can expect in Chino, check out some of my recent posts on Twitter. 👈
I appreciate that you signed up for The Pursuit of Perfection newsletter under the theme of workplace development.
Hand on heart, nothing would thrill me more than have you stay on as a subscriber to Chino, but I completely understand if you decide to unsubscribe. If you do, I’d like to thank you again for the tremendous support you have shown.
If you decide to stay on this newsletter journey with me, you don’t have to do anything as your subscription will automatically carry over to Chino.
I’m looking forward to sharing my weekly fashion styling insights with you.
As always, thank you for your time. Have a fabulous weekend! 😀
